CEREMONY DECOR
The Wedding Arch. Typically an arch-shaped structure covered in vines, branches, flowers or fabric. A standard floral spray is included with your wedding arch selection.
The Signing Table. A classic white vintage table for your wedding registry; this table is often left bare or decorated with a light chiffon runner or simple floral arrangements.

If soup is being served, soup bowls will be provided. Dessert plates will be available at the dessert table.
A Charger Plate (included with your package) and a name card for each guest finishes the place setting.
A robust selection of table linens and napkins provide the main color backdrop for your tables – don’t forget linens for your entry table and dessert table! Standard black table cloth will be used for the caterer.

The Centerpeice takes the centerstage at your guest tables. It helps set the theme of the decoration and bring an air of festive elegance to your event’s ambiance.

WELCOME TABLE
Your welcome table is typically the first decor feature that your guests see. It’s sole purpose is to welcome your guests! It is a place to showcase family photos, engagement photos, and a guestbook or fun alternative keepsake (like polaroid guestbooks or anniversary wine bottles). This is also the ideal place for a card box or a gift table.
WEDDING DAY SIGNS
Wedding Signage is one of the easiest ways to dress up your event while guiding your guest through your special day.
The Welcome Sign on our chalkboard is a complementary service. Our calligraphy service also provides signs on mirrors or an acrylic sheet for an additional cost.
The Seating Chart is an extremely helpful way to guide your guests to their tables.
For an additional fee, our calligraphy service is also able to provide handwritten seating charts on a selection of our in-house mirrors or acrylic sheets.
Having Name Cards and Menu Cards at each table is another helpful piece of wedding signage. Name Cards can also double as wedding favors. Our calligraphy service offers the following options at an additional cost.
A handwritten complementary Bar Menu is included in your wedding package. Please provide any drink specials (signature cocktails) one week prior to your wedding.
